Closing a Ltd company and going overseas to work?

I have a Ltd company that I used whilst working as a contractor in the UK for two months at the start of this tax year. I am now working overseas and will be non-resident for tax purposes for the rest of this year and the next few. Will I have to pay income tax on my non-UK salary if I close down my company and pay the taxes for that company as it closes? I am a UK citizen.
