Yahoo problems this past weekend, not syncing to droid phone. Why?

I have had this problem for about a week and took my phone to best buy. The guy at the phone place told me he is having this problem too with his Yahoo account and have heard of others. He blamed Yahoo for the problem. I can still get my work email messages on my phone.
