How can my company get tour agents in the UK and USA?

I have a tour company in Uganda- East Africa and I would like to get tour agents in the UK and USA so that we can have a working relationship. The company is called Aba Global Tours and Travel Ltd and we have been in business since 2005. We would also act as their agents in Uganda and be able to work on their clients professionally.
