I think you need to let this one go. Firstly, you cannot trust her otherwise you would have been able to ask her questions and get straight answers. She can't trust you because of what you did, so what is the point? This relationship will just continue to be an emotional mess until she sorts herself out only then will you be able to trust each other. She should never have got with you if she still had feelings for her ex, that is not fair on you or your relationship. I would take a break, tell her to call you when she is sorted and then see how you go from there. Otherwise, this is just a game not a relationship.
